Thanks for considering me to help you on your journey through this complex world, to find meaning to the nature of your place here, in the body you inhabit, with the wisdom you already have, to be able to see and show up as your truest self.
Whether our roots provided us strength and safety, or discomfort and fear, our ability (and willingness) to adapt to where we find ourselves now will determine our growth. We all have the capacity to evolve, to liberate ourselves from that which breeds suffering, and to love ourselves as we do.
